REAL TIME FIELD FORCE

Real Time Field Force is a mobile app used by HPD Inspectors to carry out inspections in all five boroughs of New York City. Inspectors can request a building for inspection on the app with driving directions, can write violations to problems or add another problem while conducting an inspection. The data is then send back in Real Time for approval by the Supervisors. The Command Center Dashboard is a desktop application where the building problems are assigned to the inspectors.
